Human Purpose: Personal Improvement of the Participants

 

In addition to the added economics tuition value, other objectives have been attributed to the company, such as providing a service to the society in which it is immersed and surviving within the system by adhering to the rules of the game that such a system has for survival; It has also been pointed out as a factor in the transformation of civilizations. Some of these elements allow defining three essential notes of the company:

·        Delivery of goods (products and services) to the social community;

·        Obtaining adequate compensation for the components of the company;

·        Achievement of self-continuity for an indefinite period

However, strictly speaking, it is not properly an addition of characteristics that must be covered one by one. Basically, each and every one of them refers to the same purpose: personal improvement of those who make up the company; that is, the development of people.

Bearing in Mind the Aforementioned Purpose

It is necessary to articulate the different objectives so that the acquisition of some is linked to the achievement of the others. And so the purpose of the company translates into the following objectives:

·        Provide a service to the social community;

·        Generate added economic value;

·        Generate sufficient human compensation;

·        Achieve a capacity for self-continuity.

While those indicated in a) and c), human development, because the service provided to society must result in a personal improvement of its members. This duality can be integrated into a single role. It is not about adding a generic objective, common to all human societies, to the specific or specific objective of the company, or vice versa. What has to be done is to achieve the common purpose in the proper way indicated by the specific dimensions, or to achieve and manage the particular purposes of the company so that with it the most radical common purpose is obtained, that is, to obtain improvement human, and society, through the creation and distribution of goods and services and the consequent obtaining of dividends; or to generate profits and subsequent benefits and thereby improve individuals and society as a whole. From the above it follows that the purpose of the company is that which corresponds to the human nature of the entrepreneur, so it can be stated that "the purpose of the company is to promote the human improvement of those who are related to it and of society as a whole, through economic management of goods and services that it generates and distributes and of those that naturally follow benefits with which it manages to survive as a company.

Consequently

Human improvement -common goal- through its own procedures ". This consideration of the purpose of the company adds to the strictly economic considerations - profit, income statement, etc. - the primacy of the person over those means.
